Board of Commissioners
Carroll County is governed by a board of commissioners, the primary policy-making body of the county. The board consists of a full-time chairman and six part-time commissioners representing the different districts of the county.

It is Our Mission to conduct with integrity fair and impartial elections and to follow the laws set forth by the Federal, State and Local governments. Additionally, it is Our Responsibility to register all eligible citizens to vote and to maintain accurate registration records.
