Special Condition Drug Bond
In 2000, Judge Dennis T. Blackmon and Chief Magistrate, Alton P. Johnson implemented a special conditions drug bond. These bonds are given to those who do not have an extensive criminal history and are arrested on a drug or drug related offense.
Under this bond, there is a submission of weekly drug screens and a 6:00 p.m. curfew. These bonds are monitored by the Chief Deputy Clerk, Stacey Word.
