To efficiently and accurately record and maintain minutes and records of all acts, orders and proceedings of the Carroll County Board of Commissioners. To provide an environment whereby said minutes and records are readily available for review and inspection by the citizens and staff of Carroll County.

TheCommission meets in regular session on the first Tuesday of each month, at 6:00 pm, in the Commission Chambers of the David Perry County Administration Building, located at 423 College Street, Carrollton.
