BOTH parents will need to bring PHOTO I. D. AND a CERTIFIED copy of the minor's birth certificate dated within the last 45 days, showing both parent's names.
- NO ONE under the age of 16 MAY MARRY under any circumstances.
**(Click Here for ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING MINORS)**
The Probate Judge will perform marriage ceremonies by appointment ONLY, on Tuesdays and Thursdays ONLY.
Appointments must be made AT LEAST 24 hours in advance; NO WALK-INS!
Due to our limited space, we would ask that ALL wedding parties wait in the hall area until the bride and groom complete their marriage application.
We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your cooperation with this matter! |
