The minimum square footage county-wide is 1,230 sf for a home, conventional or manufactured. The square footage in a subdivision may be more depending on the covenants for that community.
You must get approval from the County Planner to be assigned an address. Generally, vacant property will not be approved for an address. Once this approval is given, you will go to the Map Room in the Tax Assessor's office to have the address assigned.

The lot size requirement for ALL homes is based on the zoning of the property. This is the same whether you are building a house or placing a manufactured or modular home. Most of the county is zoned Agricultural, which does allow for mobile homes, but the only way to be certain about the zoning of property is to contact the County Planner. Agricultural zoning has a minimum lot size of four acres.
