The public is invited to a meeting on the Hazard Mitigation Plan update on October 28th at 5:30PM in the Emergency Operations Center at 911 (behind the Ag Center) at 896 Newnan Rd., Carrollton, GA 30117. EMA staff will discuss plan progress to date and take any comments from the public on the mitigation strategies. Additionally comments can be emailed or submitted by calling 770-830-5882. A copy of the plan will be posted on the county website prior to the meeting.
