We are all excited here at Carroll County Animal Shelter for the holidays! Right now if you bring in a NEW, UNWRAPPED toy valued at $10.00 or more or you can make a monetary donation of $10.00 or more (and we will do the shopping for you) and our adoption fee will be reduced to $20.00. Our current adoption fee is $50.00 and that fee includes updated vaccines, spaying/neutering, micro chipping and rabies vaccination. Come on in if you are interested in adding a new furry family member for the holidays!!
