    Special Election Runoff, City of Villa Rica, City Council Ward 4 For Carroll County & Douglas County registered voters inside City of Villa Rica, Ward 4 only. Registration date was October 11, 2016. Carroll County voters will vote at Powell Park Arts Center located at 524 Leslie Drive, Villa Rica. Douglas County voters will vote at Mirror Lake Elementary located at 2613 Tyson Rd, Villa Rica 30180. Polls open 7am until 7pm.

  1. Monthly Siren Test

    December 7, 2016, 12:00 PM - 12:02 PM @ Near locations for outdoor events.

    At noon on the first Wednesday, Carroll County residents will hear a one minute emergency tone from the various sirens located throughout the county. This monthly test is necessary to ensure that the Emergency Warning Siren System is functioning properly. In the event of poor weather conditions such as rain or overcast weather, the siren test will be cancelled and rescheduled. Thank you for your support!
